The Customer Activity Report helps you review booking counts, rating counts, profit, and revenue over the last 30 days, compared against projected 6-month trends.
Running the Report
Navigate to Reports → Customer Activity.
The report loads automatically with a rolling 30-day summary.
Use the filters at the bottom of the screen to view results by Customer or Sales Rep.
What You’ll See
Ratings – total quotes requested.
Bookings – total confirmed shipments.
Revenue – total shipment revenue.
Profit – net profit for the period.
Each metric shows a percentage change compared to your 6-month trend.
Export
Click Download into CSV to save a copy of the report for offline analysis.
