How do I look up a Quote I Previously Ran?

There are several ways to find and review quotes you have already created in Exfresso. You can access them from the dashboard, from reports, by using the Rating Reference number, or from a shipment that was already booked.

Option 1 — From the Dashboard

On the dashboard, locate the Review your quotes box and click Show me my quotes. This opens the Quotes Report, where you can search and filter previously run quotes by date, customer, location, or user. This is the fastest way to review recent quote activity.

Option 2 — From Reports

You can access the same report directly from the Reports section. Go to Reports and select Quotes Report. From here, you can choose a start and end date, filter by customer, city, country, or user, and run the report on screen or export it to CSV. The on-screen report shows up to 250 rows, so use Run into CSV if you need the full report.

Option 3 — Using Quote Lookup (Rating Reference)

If you have the Rating Reference number, you can retrieve the exact quote instantly. Go to Tools, under Sales Tools click Quote Lookup, enter the full Rating Reference number, and open the quote. This method is best when a customer or teammate provides you with a specific reference number.

If You Don’t Have the Rating Reference Number

If you don’t have the Rating Reference but need to review a quote that was already selected for a shipment, you can access it from the shipment itself. Search for the shipment using the Shipment Reference number or open it from the Recent Bookings list on the dashboard. When to Use Each Method

Use the dashboard when you want to quickly review recent quotes. Use the Quotes Report when you need to search and filter through quote history. Use Quote Lookup when you have the Rating Reference number. If the quote was already used for a booking, open the shipment and view the quote from there.
