Navigating the Exfresso Dashboard

1. Book a Shipment

This section offers two primary actions:

Start a New Quote

  • Begin rating and booking a shipment in just a few steps.

  • Click Get started to initiate the quoting process.

Review Your Quotes

  • View and manage previously created quotes.

  • Click Show me my quotes to review past ratings.

2. Shipments Overview

The dashboard highlights shipment activity and any items requiring action.

Requiring Attention

This area displays shipments that need immediate follow-up.

For example: Missing documentation such as commercial invoice or packing list

You can click View all to see the full list of shipments requiring action.

3. Delivering Today

A simple status block showing whether any shipments are expected for delivery on the current date. If none are scheduled, you will see “No shipments expected today.”

5. Recent Bookings

At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll find a list of your most recent shipments with key details, including:

  • Shipment number
  • Status (e.g., Late, on time, missing docs)
  • Route
  • Shipper and consignee
  • Active leg currently in progress
  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

You can select View all to access the complete shipments list.
