How Do I Reset My Password?

The Reset Password tool allows users to regain access to their Exfresso account when they forget their login credentials. This process sends a secure reset code to the email associated with your username and guides you through creating a new password. 

Step 1. Open the Reset Password Screen

From the login page, select Request a reset located beneath the password field.
 This will open the password recovery page, where you can begin the reset process.

Step 2. Request the Reset Code

1. Enter your username (your login email).
   
   

2. Click Submit to continue.
   
   

If the username is valid and associated with an active account, the system will automatically send a password reset code to the email linked to that username. 

Step 3. Create a New Password

After submitting your username, the page will update and prompt you to set a new password.

1. Enter your new password.
   
   

2. Re-enter the password to confirm.
   
   

3. Enter the Reset Code
   
   

4. Click Submit.
   
   

If the information is correct, the system will accept your new password and finalize the reset.
