You can do this from the dashboard by clicking the shipment reference number in the Recent Bookings table, by navigating to the Shipments screen and selecting a shipment, or by using the Quick Search bar at the top of any screen and entering the shipment reference number.
What You Can See Inside a Shipment

Once a shipment is open, you will find the following information:

Shipper and Consignee
On the right side of the screen you can see the full address, operating hours, and contact information for both the Shipper and the Consignee, as well as any associated PO numbers and billing reference numbers. A public tracking link is also available and can be copied to share shipment tracking with others.
Shipment Progress
Further down the page, a Shipment Progress table shows a detailed timeline of updates including the update type, location, projected date, and actual date for each milestone. A map is displayed alongside this table showing the origin and destination of the shipment.
Service Level and Carbon Footprint
Below the map you can see the Service Level used for the shipment, along with the Carbon Footprint showing the estimated and actual CO2 emissions for the shipment.
Notes
The Notes section displays a log of all activity and updates posted to the shipment, including carrier responses, accessorial additions, and other system events. You can filter notes or click Show more notes to see the full history.
