How can I track my shipment?

You can track a shipment at any time by opening the shipment and viewing its latest status updates.

Open the Shipment

You can open a shipment in three ways: 

  • From the dashboard, click the shipment reference number in the Recent Bookings table

  • Go to the Shipments screen and select the shipment from the list

  • Use the Quick Search bar at the top of any screen and enter the shipment reference number

Once the shipment is open, you will see the current status and the latest progress updates.

Use the Public Tracking Link

Inside the shipment, you’ll also find a Public Tracking Link. You can copy and share this link with customers or partners so they can track the shipment without logging in. This link shows the shipment’s status and progress in real time.

What the Public Tracking Link Shows

The public tracking page allows anyone with the link to follow the shipment’s progress without access to the platform.

They can see the shipment reference number, shipper and consignee locations, scheduled pickup and delivery dates, current status, a timeline of tracking updates with projected and actual dates, a map showing the shipment location, and any shipment notes or carrier updates.
