How to View My Previous And Recent Bookings

There are two main ways to view your previous bookings: from the Dashboard and from the Shipments screen.

From the Dashboard

When you log in, the Dashboard displays a Recent Bookings table showing your most recent shipments at a glance. Each row shows the shipment reference number, status, route, shipper, consignee, active leg, and ETA.

You can also click directly on a shipment reference number in the table to open that specific shipment. To see all your bookings, click the View All button in the top-right corner of the Recent Bookings table. This will take you directly to the Shipments screen.

From the Shipments Screen

The Shipments screen gives you a full view of all your bookings. You can navigate to it directly from the sidebar by clicking Shipments.

Each shipment entry displays the shipment type, reference number, route, shipper, consignee, active leg, schedule dates, status, and recent activity.

Filtering Shipments

At the top of the screen you can toggle between Open Shipments and All Shipments to narrow down what is displayed.

For more specific filtering, click the Filters button to filter by:

  • Shpt Type – LTL, FTL, Air, Ocean LCL, Ocean FCL, or Small Parcel
  • Shpt Status – Open, Archived, or Cancelled
  • Leg Status – Scheduled, Scheduling, Enroute, Delivered, or Exception
  • Crossing – Filter by geographic crossing such as Staying in North Am, Leaving North Am, Entering North Am, Staying in Europe, Leaving Europe, Entering Europe, Leaving World, or Entering World

Click Clear All to remove all active filters.

Quick Search

A Quick Search bar is available at the top of every screen in the platform. You can use it at any time to search for a specific shipment by its booking or shipment reference number, without having to navigate to the Shipments screen first.
